Options trading in Dallas is more fun when we learn and trade together! So we launched a chapter of Dorian Trader in Dallas in 2019 for the fun and camaraderie.
Participants learn many aspects of trading options on futures and stock. In addition, members take a deep-dive into the options greeks like delta and theta. Members learn terminology, like “options chain” and more advanced concepts like the calendar spread. Lastly, members learn several ways to hedge a portfolio. From time-to-time, participants meet like-minded traders for a hosted happy hour for options traders.
People who join us in Dallas for an options trading event are from all backgrounds. For example, some people trade options full time as day traders. Others are beginners who are learning basic options terminology, like “put” and “call,” for the first time.
Facilitators of the Dallas Options Trading Group for Monthly Income have, collectively, over 30 years of options trading experience. Because of this, you learn from traders who spend day and night thinking about options. These coaches guide you in all aspects of options tradings. For instance, facilitators teach you how to put on your first trade. They also help you troubleshoot your portfolio. In other words, you’re bound to find new ways to bolster your portfolio with supplemental income. First and foremost, we are teachers who have a passion for options.

Events are held throughout the Dallas area. In-person events are typically held in a WeWork conference room. Social distancing and public safety considerations are factored into the event set-up. Members who prefer virtual events will find several suitable options to fit their schedule.
Bring your laptop and a notebook to a Dallas Options event. Eventually, you will need an account on thinkorswim or tastytrade. Even if you don’t have an account, we can help you get set up. The most important thing is that you show up with perseverance and a willingness to learn. See you there!
