Refund Policy

Dorian Trader LLC, does not provide refunds to Subscription members and does not provide refunds to Cohort members unless a mistake in billing was made by Dorian Trader. If service is canceled before the end of a program or after a program no refund will be made. By completing payment on this website you agree that you must cancel before being billed, by emailing support@doriantrader.com, if not no refund will be made and your membership will be canceled after the current billing period. All services are final.

However, Dorian Trader does provide a refund only to members who signed up for The Disciplined Trader Program or the Apprenticeship Program if percent goal guarantees are not met. A discount of half the cost of the program is made if a member qualifies and does not meet the goal guarantee. The discount is NOT a refund and/or traditional guarantee but a discount policy. To qualify the member must meet the following:

1.  You must have signed up for our Disciplined Trader or Apprenticeship Programs.

2.  The trading account you start the program with must have at least $5,000 available for trading to start the program and must be maintained after withdrawals (if any). Any losses will not be held against your balance.

3. All trades in the portfolio must be trades (including closing trades) you decided to follow using the “Dorian Trader” guidance.

4. You must complete the assigned homework weekly. You must be able to meet and/or briefly talk three trading days a week (before, during, or after regular trading hours).

5.  If you are not paying all upfront, then your payment must be current during the entire program.
